Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role ensures products are handled with care, inventory is managed accurately, and orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What you'll do:
Accurately pick orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Pack and prepare products for shipment according to order specifications and company standards.
Verify product accuracy, quantity, and condition before shipping.
Label, seal, and stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and safety protocols.
Assist in receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory when required.
Operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and productivity targets.
Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Support team members and other warehouse functions as needed to meet daily goals.
What you'll need:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center preferred.
Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems is an asset.
Experience picking/packing orders with accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
