Role Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Winnipeg facility. This role ensures efficient handling of materials, inventory control, and on-time support to our production and service teams. You'll lead a small team and be responsible for maintaining safety standards, coordinating logistics, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, and shipping Optimize the picking process for filling out the production work stations Process and document transactions and reports timely and accurately (cycle counts, inventory, safety incidents, damaged product, etc.) Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and schedule general maintenance Support logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities Assist in the Quality Assurance Inspection process of incoming goods to ensure compliance of company standards Apply LEAN tools and implement continuous improvement processes Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation Order and control inventory levels on warehouse supplies

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in a warehouse role leading hourly employees Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in logistics or supply chain management Recent experience operating a forklift Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to operate hand and power equipment for material handling to accommodate storage of products throughout the warehouse. Vendor management experience is an asset Assist with material handling at the warehouse including lifting up to 50 lbs.
