The Brand is a global Highly recognizable brand and will be exciting for everyone to be a part of this community and business opportunity.Currently, we're seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team and manage start up operations within our local fulfilment center in GTA (final location TBD - approx. 2500-3000 sq ft). This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of all product orders during the test phase. As mentioned above there is an opportunity to grow from this test phase into a FT role for the right person.Objectives of this Role Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. Establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping. Work with Project Owner on day-to-day learnings and applying these to the business model in real time Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationsDay to Day Responsibilities for Warehouse Lead Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service Manage the warehouse day to day - approximately 2500-3000 Sq Ft. Meet regularly with Sales Route Drivers/Owners and Project Owner to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity/loss prevention Inventory management, ordering and receiving Train new driver's - in conjunction with formal training Assist drivers in developing various routes Schedule maintenance and repairs on vehicles Staging Daily inventory needs for specific routes Encourage drivers to create the most efficient routes Create reports of driver's effectiveness Follow all vehicle regulations and lawsSkills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2-3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role - managing hourly employees (future state) Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to work with all levels of company Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedbackPlease note, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
