We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team and drive performance. Under the direction of the Family Supports Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will support and manage the growth and expansion of services as needed including the development of warehouse policies and procedures, developing and maintaining positive relationships between government departments and external agencies as well as the creation of a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Supervise and schedule a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with MN-S policies
Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
Enforce health & safety protocols and lead training initiatives
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and conduct coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Approving employee hours for payroll processing
Provide distinctions-based leadership to the warehouse team under the guidance of the Family Supports Manager including assisting with developing and implementing an annual distinctions based plan, workplans, and operational budgets.
Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures that are aligned with MN-S.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with service partners including MN-S government departments, provincial and federal government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Create a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication.
Other duties as assigned by the Family Supports Manager.
Qualifications
:
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
Post-secondary education in business, logistics, or related field preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in warehouse inventory systems and Microsoft Office
Knowledge and Skills:
Leadership and relationship management skills.
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address time sensitive issues.
Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities.
Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Effective in-person and digital communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and access reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
Must undergo a Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector
