We specialize in temperature controlled distribution and are proud distribution partners for Canada's best selling ice cream brands Unilever ice cream, Chapman's ice cream and Parmalat (Lactalis Canada) the world largest dairy producer. As we continue to expand our Operations we are now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Saskatoon Sk.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and dispatching timely deliveries

- Supervise a small team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

-Fill in and make deliveries if needed

- Review and implement standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse processes

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders

- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance with company policies

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency

-Have awareness and a knack for anticipating problems before anything arises, making life easier for the company and our valued customers

-Ensure efficient layout and space utilization of warehouse

-Communicate and work with Regional Operations Manager, and the Lead Driver

-Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous DSD experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

-Positive can do attitude

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management principles

-Experience in driving a 5 ton truck and familiarity with running refers to maintain temperatures

- Proficient in using computer systems, including Windows, Word, Excel, and basic computer knowledge

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
