Lead and supervise all daily warehouse operations including receipts, put away, internal transfers, issues, kitting, dispatch, and returns.
Oversee the execution of warehouse tasks in line with operational priorities, including operation & maintenance and TAR's.
Plan and allocate workloads across the team to meet client operational needs.
Supervise the use of Oracle for all material transactions, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reconciliation.
Lead TAR-specific warehouse operations including kitting, staging, manifesting, and materials prioritisation against the shutdown schedule.
Maintain and enforce strict inventory control practices including cycle counts, spot checks, bin accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate safe and efficient use of MHE, including forklifts, telehandlers, pallet stackers, and lifting accessories, ensuring pre-use checks and inspections are completed.
Maintain accurate visual control systems to manage workload and shift handovers.
Maintain a clean, well-organised, and compliant warehouse and yard environment, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
Ensure team adherence to ASCO and client SOPs, packaging standards, and audit requirements.
Provide on-the-job coaching and support to warehouse operatives, fostering a learning-focused and safety-first team environment.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong working relationships with the client and third-party service providers.
Act as a key point of contact for operations teams and client stakeholders, responding to material queries and requests.
Provide leadership and clear direction to warehouse teams, driving a service-led, safety-conscious culture.
Support onboarding, training, and development of new and existing team members.
Health & Safety
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Client and ASCO procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks, participate in safety interventions and lead by example in safety behaviour.
Promote the "Stop the Job" culture and ensure safety-critical lifting operations meet ASCO global standards.
Maintain safe segregation of plant and people; oversee correct MHE use and inspections.
Minimum Qualifications
Dangerous Goods by Road (TDG)
Computer literacy across MS Office and warehouse systems (SAP or equivalent)

Proven supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, or materials management environment
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safe material handling
