As a Contract Logistics Warehouse Supervisor, Overnight Shift at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. As the Warehouse Supervisor, Overnight you will be fully responsible for ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of 3PL logistics services to both internal and external customers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving financial targets, and leading a productive team.



Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure service excellence and compliance with safety standards Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency Monitor and manage financial performance, including cost control and productivity metrics Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain a high-performing team Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support RPIC/ARPIC responsibilities for transactions involving precursors, if applicable Disciplinary and technical leadership, planning and control of team leaders Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day business, for compliance with process and quality specifications as well as for order and cleanliness in the hall Support in the implementation or independent implementation of projects to increase efficiency and quality Compliance with occupational safety and load securing regulations Determination of training needs, the organization of necessary training measures and, if necessary, implementation of instructions and development measures Determination and presentation of key figures in the context of a daily meeting Interface between management and shop floor

What we would like you to bring

2+ years' experience in leading a team in a 3PL environment Working knowledge of various production systems and GMP/GXP regulations Completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics as a warehouse logistics specialist with the qualification as a logistics master Must possess ability to report onsite Monday - Friday from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office programs
