Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented

Overnight Warehouse Supervisor

to manage the routing for following day, organizing paperwork for drivers, loading up trucks, handling customers shipments, consolidating customers shipments, truck cleaning and basic maintenance.

Fleet Management

Oversee maintenance schedules for all company trucks. Ensure all vehicles are cleaned regularly and kept in top operational condition Coordinate with director of company or for repairs and inspections. Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and service history. Have a good knowledge regarding commercial trucks.

Warehouse Operations

Organize daily loading of delivery trucks overnight. Ensure all outbound trucks are properly loaded. Manage shipping and routing of each shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space. Track inventory and report discrepancies. Answering customers emails afterhours.

General Operations

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Report any operational issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fleet, warehouse, or logistics supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and lead by example. Familiar with warehouse safety standards and best practices. Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks. Great computer skills + routing software knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] Comfortable working on feet for extended periods. Ability to work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, warehouse, around vehicles). Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack Ability to move trucks in our yard.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
