We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Cross Border Pickups Operations and Management team in ensuring the day-to-day retail operations are running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. The Supervisor is responsible for reviewing all shipping records daily and preparing all necessary documents required for Customs clearance. Responsibilities also include handling escalated customer issues and assisting with implementing process improvement. The Supervisor is to work closely with the US team to prevent any importing issues with restricted products and improper documentation and declarations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, storefront, and cross-border operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Lead and coordinate staff across shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and customer operations.
Implement standard work procedures, resolve operational issues, and report on performance and KPIs.
Ensure safety, security, health, and customs compliance across all facilities and cross-border activities.
Act as the primary escalation point for carrier, broker, driver, operational, and customer issues.
Manage customs and shipping documentation (including PAPS and BorderConnect) to ensure uninterrupted U.S. movements.
Coordinate multi-site operations across Sladeview, Markham, Kamato, and U.S. locations to ensure consistency and service quality.
Oversee training, scheduling, payroll inputs, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
Optimize dispatch, routing, pickups, deliveries, and warehouse flow to control costs and prevent congestion.
Maintain accountability for facilities, equipment, customer service outcomes, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of warehouse or logistics supervision experience
Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL environments preferred
Strong understanding of fulfillment operations and warehouse workflows
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics or business is an asset
