MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of our distribution warehouse including coordination of company delivery drivers by route planning, organizing priorities, assigning work and ensuring the understanding of company policy, procedures, performance and health and safety standards. Perform inventory control and order picking, packing for customer pickup or shipping using online courier portals. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with all customers. Interact with sales and customer service to work as a team to manage delivery promises and expectations. Complete all shipping paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively. Manage paper flow daily to ensure timely goods receipts and customer billing. Assist in creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication within the facility as well as fostering teamwork. Assist in training of new employees as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular organization of the warehouse. Other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Legally entitled to work in Canada Fluency in English both verbal and written, French is an asset High School Diploma (minimum) Computer literacy - ERP (Modular) & Microsoft 365 Standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time Full Class 'G' Ontario driver's license (abstract required) Forklift Certification from a recognized training provider Excellent knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures Order picking, material handling, customer service skills Strong work ethic and organizational skills Previous supervisory experience required Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. intermittently
