Warehouse Supervisor

Invermere, BC, CA, Canada

Job Description

YOUR DAILY MISSION: Keep everything flowing in and out of the warehouse, the team thriving and the coffee moving - smooth, safe and on time..

WHO ARE WE?

We've been making kick-ass coffee for over 25 years.

We're Canada's #1 selling Whole Bean coffee. All our coffee is Organic and Fairtrade, roasted right in the Canadian Rocky Mountains smack dab in the middle of nowhere.

And it's not just our coffee that's good. We've been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada by Great Place to Work since 2015. We work hard and have fun. That's how we roll.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are the kind of person who thrives in organized chaos and finds joy in a perfectly stacked pallet. You'll guide the crew with grit, grace and just the right amount of caffeine - coaching, celebrating wins (big and small), and keeping the warehouse humming like a well-oiled espresso machine. You've got a sixth sense for logistics, a passion for continuous improvement, and a knack for turning operational puzzles into solutions. Safety is your middle name (well, not literally), and you're all about creating a space where people feel empowered, respected and ready to crush the day. If you've ever high-fived someone over a flawless freight dispatch or optimized a workflow just for fun, we think you'll fit right in.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You'll be the leader of our warehouse crew - part coach, part strategist, part logistics wizard. Your days will be a mix of people (think hiring, training, growing others), operational finesse (scheduling, shipping, space Tetris), and continuous improvement (because "good enough" just isn't your style). You'll keep things moving smoothly from packaged beans to shipment ready box, champion safety, and make sure our warehouse runs like a dream - even on Mondays. You'll also be a go-to on cross departmental projects, ERP wizardry, and the occasional freight fiasco. Basically, if it happens in the warehouse, you've got it covered - with a clipboard in one hand and a coffee in the other.
