Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Halifax. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage the bin allocations through Warehouse Picks, Warehouse Putaways and Warehouse Movements Complete daily shipments and receivings through Warehouse Shipments and Warehouse Receipts Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Utilize Business Central and warehouse management systems for tracking inventory. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills in English Experience in process improvement initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with supply chain logistics is advantageous
