Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, as well as a solid understanding of warehouse operations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting our e-commerce initiatives.

Duties

Manage the shipping and receiving process, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and documented. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload products safely. Perform packaging duties to prepare products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards. Conduct order picking tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following best practices for warehouse distribution. Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Assist with basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes, including order fulfillment practices. Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.19-$25.16 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
