Position Description Summary - Our Team Lead position would require to work alongside the Manager, help train associates, operate cash registers, set Planograms, provide great customer service, some computer work and help support the overall location. Team Lead/Zone Manager are leaders that drive sales, service, and operational excellence in the Location. This role is a key to bringing our mission of ensuring First Class Service to our customers and business partners to life. A Team Lead will perform some coaching/training functions, direct the execution of merchandising standards and provide overall Zone supervision during assigned shifts. POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be a best in first class service role model and champion by providing on the job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass the Criminal Background Check performed by the Airport Pass Permit Control Office
• Facilitate - responsible for stock, ordering, receiving and managing stock associates.
• Computer work, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long-standing periods, climbing lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, based in a store or group of stores; early morning, late evening, and weekend work and holiday.
• Direct the replenishment of merchandise/supplies, maintain stockroom organization, and engage in receiving functions.
• Coordinate, monitor and align team resources to maximize consistency of stock associate\xe2\x80\x99s performance and deliverables through application of timely coaching & performance management practices. Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment.
• Resolve basic IT /register issues and escalate as necessary
• Ensure a safe working environment; inspect and correct work areas on regular basis; report all workplace injuries and concerns immediately
• Serve as the Manager on Duty providing leadership during assigned shifts
• Direct, coach, and train associates in their daily job assignments
• Represent and support the company by fostering strong business relationships within the airport community

Experience

Required

• 2 year(s): Management experience in Retail industry
