Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products. The Warehouse Worker will work closely with other team members to support the overall logistics process, contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Organize and store inventory in designated areas using proper labeling and storage techniques Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and ensuring proper documentation Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely (training provided if needed) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to ensure safety standards are met Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or damages to supervisors Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation purposes Willingness to learn new skills and operate warehouse equipment safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
