3M is seeking a Warehouse Operator for its Milton, ON team!

The successful candidate will make an impact by loading, unloading, sorting and moving products. A counterbalance or reach truck license is required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Shipping/Receiving and order picking ensuring both quantity and lot # accuracy
• Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate raw material warehousing
• Physical & system processing of transfers from raw materials warehouse to manufacturing and vice versa
• Record and report all non-conformances
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform Cycle Counting
• Accurate lot control through proper FIFO of materials
• Safe operation of material handling equipment i.e. counterbalance, reach truck, pallet trucks, shrink wrapper etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Counterbalance, Reach truck license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with MS-Office and associated software for data entry, inventory tracking, spreadsheets, electronic mail, etc.
• JIT, FIFO knowledge
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Counterbalance, Reach truck 1-year experience
