Job Summary:
This role involves ensuring accurate shipments, maintaining inventory, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting packaging, labeling, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of forklift experience and 3 years in warehousing, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Duties:
Meet customer's packaging requirements
Matching BOL to physical shipment
Delivering paperwork to proper person
Segregating damaged product
Ensuring physical inventory is accurate, performing random audits on inventory
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by implementing daily housekeeping habits
Ensure that AWSA Protocols are met
Ensure FIFO standards are being used
Package and label products
Utilize RF scanners to pick orders and receive product
Distribution of product, stage loads for shipment
Repetitive motion/lifting on production line
Other related duties as required or assigned
Required Knowledge:
Demonstrate good organizational skills
Know how to work safely
Able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving its processes and practices
Able to follow instruction from supervisor
Minimum 2 years forklift experience required
Minimum 3 years warehousing experience required
Working Conditions:
Able to lift at least 60 lbs repetitively
Manual dexterity to work on various production lines
Overtime as required
Able to identify any health and safety issues
