We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. Duties

Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes safely and effectively. Engage in order picking activities to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely. Maintain organization within the warehouse by ensuring proper storage of materials and products. Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in distribution environments. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience operating order pickers, forklifts, clamp trucks, or other heavy equipment is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift. Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes and procedures is essential. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required for effective order picking and inventory management. A background in construction may be beneficial for understanding equipment operation and safety standards.
