Warehouse Associate

. This position is ideal for those with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Picker / Packer / Filler who will not only manage accurate order fulfillment but also serve as an intermediate link between the warehouse, sales, shipping, and admin teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate communication, and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking, Packing & Fulfillment

Accurately pick items for customer orders, following order sheets and sales instructions. Pack products safely and securely to avoid damages in transit. Verify each order for accuracy before shipping.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control

Maintain organized shelves and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for stock rotation. Receive, check, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against invoices. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the admin team. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Conduct periodic inventory counts and spot checks to ensure accurate stock levels.

Team Coordination & Communication

Act as an

intermediate between warehouse and sales team

for replacements, substitutions, or changes in orders. Communicate with the

shipping team

regarding outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Serve as a

direct point of contact with the admin team

: Provide updates on incoming shipments. Report stock discrepancies or issues. Share updates on warehouse operations. Support the sales team with product availability checks and assist in resolving order-related concerns.

Shipping & Logistics

Ensure shipments are prepared on time and in compliance with carrier requirements. Work closely with shipping partners to coordinate pickups and resolve issues. Confirm proper documentation for domestic and international shipments.

Compliance & Safety

Follow all workplace health and safety policies. Ensure aisles, exits, and storage areas remain safe and accessible. Report and address hazards or unsafe practices immediately.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in order picking, packing, warehouse operations, or fulfillment required. Strong communication skills to liaise between multiple teams (warehouse, sales, shipping, and admin). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely. Familiarity with inventory systems, POS, or barcode scanning is an asset. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
