We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse and Order Processing Coordinate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy in order picking, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the warehouse. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various warehouse equipment to support our distribution operations effectively.
Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Review and process incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, product availability, and shipping requirements.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and coordinate reordering to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock.
Warehouse Operations:
Supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Shipping Coordination:
Work with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping issues.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all products are carefully inspected before packing to meet quality standards and avoid shipping errors.
Customer Support:
Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to order status, shipping delays, or product availability, providing timely and accurate updates.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all orders, inventory, and shipments. Generate regular reports to track order processing efficiency and inventory trends.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of order processing and warehouse operations.

equirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or logistics coordination.
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Communication Skills:
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with team members, customers, and external partners.
Problem Solving:
Strong ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment that may involve physical labor.
Team Player:
Collaborative and flexible, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
Residency:
Must be able to legally work in Canada (minimum PR) and not have limitation to number of hours able to work
