with experience in

Warehouse Sales

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations

Manage receiving, storage, inventory, and order fulfillment Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Lead and develop a high-performing team Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with customers and logistics partners

Sales & Business Development

Identify and secure new Warehouse, Fulfillment opportunities and clients Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored proposals Negotiate agreements and close deals to meet revenue targets

Administration & Client Support

Oversee AR/AP including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

Growth Opportunity - Property Management

Potential to expand into building and property management Oversee maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor contracts Contribute to long-term asset management

What We're Looking For

2+ years warehouse management experience with proven leadership Background in warehouse sales, logistics, or fulfillment services an asset Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Quick thinking, ability to adapt and be flexible Knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems Experience with AR/AP and QuickBooks Online Analytical mindset with interest in property management growth
