Job Description
Kala Therapy is a fast-growing wellness technology company specializing in red light therapy. We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and manage the refurb/returns process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness. Oversee the refurbishment process from start to finish. Track returns, parts, and daily inventory. Provide daily status updates to the leadership team. Create and share weekly reports covering: Inventory levels Refurb completions Return trends Missing parts list Coordinate with the Shopify/e-commerce team to ensure SKU accuracy. Maintain warehouse safety standards and organize layout for efficiency. Lead and manage small team members or temp staff during peak seasons.
Qualifications
2-4 years of warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience. Experience with Shopify (or similar inventory management systems). Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process improvement. Ability to manage workflow and supervise support staff when needed. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000/year (based on experience).Performance Bonus:
