We are currently seeking a

full-time Warehouse Material Handler

to support our Operations team.

Location: Wellesley, Ontario

A Snapshot of the role:

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager, and is responsible for:

1. Supporting the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing Canadian pet food company.

2. Using a handheld scanner to efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.

3. Building and arranging pallets, and preparing shipments for loading onto containers and trucks.

4. Operating material-handling equipment, including counterbalance and reach truck, to move product safely and efficiently.

5. Managing and organizing products in designated warehouse locations.

6. Receiving incoming shipments and putting product away in the appropriate areas.

7. Helping maintain accurate inventory levels within the system.

8. Inspecting incoming truckloads for damage and conducting quality checks.

9. Helping to maintain a safe and tidy warehouse.

What you will bring:

3+ years warehouse experience (preferred)

Forklift and Reach truck experience (preferred)

High school diploma

Able to lift 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Humble, driven and self-motivated with sound judgment and decision-making capacities

Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 60 per week
