Warehouse Manager/production Co Ordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr Coordinator / Wearhouse Manager to lead our operations and daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for warehousing management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality standards. This role is key to ensuring smooth processes, effective team collaboration, and the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of assembly , QC and shipping .
- Ensure the timely completion and delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
-Planning , prioritizing shipping schedules based on promised shipping dates and floor space it occupies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management role, preferably within a manufacturing or custom design environment.
- Strong understanding of operations management and process optimization.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
