Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Toronto, ON, M3B 0A4
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension

Warehouse Manager is responsible for management of day to day activities related to warehouse and Logistics for GTS Canada and US to ensure that work is done is a timely and in efficient manner.
Warehouse manager oversees the activities related to 3PL warehouse performance and on time order process to meet the demands.

Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility

• Operational
• Manage 3PM operation to drive delivery performance and meet weekly operation needs.
• Manage 3PL and collaborate with IT to ensure electronic process execution is working as expected. Identify improvement initiatives to increase the team efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and drive inventory reduction plans to reduce carrying cost.
• Ensure ERP and 3PL data integrity to reflect day by day operations in the warehouse.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to Suppliers and international trade.
• Track and monitor inventory level and requirements driving initiatives to reduce inventory level year after year.
• Manage 3PL inventory.
• Schedule and apply internal and 3PL resources in the most efficient and effective manner in order to meet

Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language
High school/ post secondary degree (MSc, or Business, or equivalent) and additional business education or experience

• 15+ years of experience in Warehouse/Material Management and EDI (electronic document transfer) in warehouse Management (Manufacturing)
• Experience with SAP Supply Chain module
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal written and oral skills in daily relations and reporting/status.
• Maintain complete and effective lines of communication with staff and management
• Management experience with ability to mentor, coach and inspire teams
• Physical Environment: hybrid work, 2 days in office, 2-3 days in the warehouse
