About the Role



We are looking for a highly motivated

Warehouse Manager

to lead our operations team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse performance, including safety, quality control, staffing, and workflow efficiency. You will manage a team of supervisors, logistics planners, and associates, ensuring smooth, safe, and effective day-to-day operations that align with company goals.

This position reports directly to the

General Manager

and plays a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities



Warehouse Operations Oversight



Manage daily operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and inventory tracking.

Safety & Quality Management



Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor quality standards and handling procedures.

Team Leadership & Staff Management



Hire, train, coach, and manage warehouse staff, including supervisors and associates. Oversee shift planning, scheduling, and performance management. Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Supervision & Coordination



Provide oversight to Warehouse Supervisors and Logistics Planners. Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service to align priorities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting



Track KPIs related to productivity, safety, and service levels. Prepare regular reports for the General Manager, identifying successes and improvement areas.

Qualifications



Education



Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience



4-6 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing staff, implementing safety programs, and optimizing processes.

Skills & Abilities



Strong leadership and team-building skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and quality standards. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
