(Full-time maternity leave replacement)
On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive inspection equipment: sensors, probes, robotic solutions and more. We also develop the software needed to operate these instruments, which are used in the oil, aerospace and nuclear industries.

We are looking for a Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor to join our Quebec City team to replace a maternity leave.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the planning department to develop the shipping schedule;
  • Coordinate the execution of the shipping schedule with the shipping team;
  • Track shipments through to delivery at destination;
  • Organize resources to ensure the department\'s various services;
  • Carry out daily follow-up of departmental tasks;
  • Participate in team tasks as required;
  • Manage departmental performance indicators (set objectives, measure performance, evaluate performance, monitor performance indicators);
  • Identify with the team the opportunities for improvement (work organization, task allocation, layout, work methods, health and safety, etc.);
  • Monitor improvement projects in warehouse and shipping;
  • Manage external warehouses and transport with these warehouses;
  • Implement processes to ensure inventory accuracy on hand.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:
  • You have a college diploma in logistics or a related discipline;
  • You have at least 5 years\' relevant experience, including at least 2 years in team management;
  • You have experience in logistics and international shipping;
  • You have knowledge of an ERP system, SAP being an asset;
  • You have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • You\'re a good team player and able to manage priorities;
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and versatile;
  • You are bilingual.
You\'ll be a key player in the supply chain, and your communication skills will come in handy when collaborating with other company departments. You\'ll need to use your team spirit to collaborate with your colleagues and help the logistics and warehouse department evolve. Your good working methods will help the team to work more efficiently and harmoniously to achieve the company\'s objectives. Your strong sense of responsibility and good judgment will serve you well in your new role.
