We are currently looking for a Warehouse Lead Hand to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

LOCATION: 398 Railside Drive, Brampton, ON

SHIFT: 6:00AM to 2:30PM

What You'll Do:

Assist with assigning and prioritizing duties in order to meet customer requirements. Investigate issues to find the root cause. Recommend solutions to resolve and prevent recurrence. Resolve escalated process issues with the team. Train new employees on processes and procedures. Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies. Operate Double Deep Reach Truck (Raymond Reach), Counterbalance and Order Picker to load and unload trucks and move goods within the facility. Receive, handle, ship and store goods. Pull, pack, stage and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure orders are ready for shipment to customers in adherence to delivery schedules. Ensure a clean and safe working environment through adherence to security and safety policies. Other duties and assignments as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

Minimum 2 years' experience of Double Deep Reach Truck, Counterbalance and Order Picker in a warehouse / distribution centre. Prior leadership / supervisory experience. Experience working in a GMP / AIB facility is a definite asset. Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 50 lbs. Effective and professional communication skills - writing (email etiquette), speaking, listening. Effective communication skills in English - read, write, listen and speak. Experience with warehouse management system (WMS). Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment. Be a role model for quality, integrity and safety.
