In this position you will manage oil and gas materials inventory and distribution for sites across Canada. This position involves strong inventory control and understanding of oil and gas materials (valves, fittings, pipe, flanges, etc.).

Responsibilities:

ul

li
Maintaining accurate inventories of oil and gas product, including fittings, valves and flanges.
/li

li
Complete cycle counts, inventory, and shipping and receiving product using SAP systems.
/li

li
Operating Raymond Reach, diesel and propane forklifts as well as overhead crane and rigging.
/li

li
Ensuring accuracy of vendor shipments to PO, reporting discrepancies, and conduct physical inventories.
/li

li
Work with logistics teams and suppliers to coordinate pick ups, deliveries and routing information.
/li

li
Follow safety protocols and working together in a team environment.
/li

Requirements:

4-6 years in a similar warehouse role.
/li

li
Forklift operator with experience on reach and counterbalance forklifts. Certification on forklift is preferred.

Strong data entry skills required, must have at least 1 year of SAP knowledge.
/li

li
Diligence and accuracy to ensure shipments are handled correctly.
/li

li
1+ years of experience in an oil and gas related warehouse.
/li

li
Preference will be given to those with overhead crane experience.
/li

li
Ability to commute to Spruce Grove daily.
/li

li
Ability to pass a pre-employment D&A test.
/li

In this position you will manage oil and gas materials inventory and distribution for sites across Canada.
