Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and dependable Laborer to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling heavy equipment, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse tasks. This role requires physical strength, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with warehouse management systems to ensure efficient and safe operations across various departments.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process. Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report potential malfunctions or risks of equipment and /or products. Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift. Check stock levels and report deficiencies in product or raw material. Load and unload materials utilizing forklifts and other equipment. Ensure accurate labelling and storage of materials and finished products. Ahere to all company health and safety protocols and polices. Report any safety hazards or incidents to Supervisor or member of JHSC.

Experience

Previous experience as a production worker is an asset. Knowledgeable on maintenance and operation of various machinery. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safe work practices and precautionary measures. Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 60 per week
