We're currently looking for a

Warehouse Fulfillment & Shipping Associate

with strong computer skills and a sharp eye for detail. Your main responsibility will be

shipping customer orders quickly and accurately

using our warehouse management system (WMS). If you're tech-savvy, efficient with computers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment -- you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing

Printing shipping labels, comparing rates, and processing shipments using our WMS (e.g., ShipStation, ShipHero, etc.) Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment Troubleshooting common software or hardware issues with printers, scanners, and computers Scanning barcodes, verifying orders, and ensuring accuracy of outgoing packages Selecting the most cost-effective and timely shipping options Lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs safely Unloading containers and organizing incoming inventory Double-checking SKUs -- especially when dealing with products that look very similar

You're a Great Fit If You:

Are tech-savvy and quick with computers -- especially when switching between programs or troubleshooting minor issues Have experience using shipping software or WMS platforms Are comfortable making shipping decisions based on cost and delivery speed Are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment Can spot differences between similar SKUs and prioritize order accuracy Are a proactive team player who communicates clearly and helps keep operations smooth

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience working in a fulfillment center or eCommerce warehouse Have used software like ShipStation, ShipHero, or comparable tools Understand common shipping carriers and how to rate-shop effectively Have experience unloading freight containers or managing bulk inventory
