Fulfillment Associate

Job Description
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You'll work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain efficiency and uphold our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care Label and prepare shipments for delivery Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks Ensure cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with incoming shipments and restocking Report discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills Basic computer skills A team player with a positive attitude
