Warehouse Courier - Prince Albert



What we are looking for:



Aquifer Distribution Ltd./Anderson Pump House is looking to add a Warehouse Courier to our growing team in Prince Albert. As a Warehouse Courier, you will assist with the shipping, receiving, and order picking aspects of our business while spending 60-80% of your time delivering products across Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate for this role would be a high energy individual with a strong work ethic who enjoys working with customers and has experience hauling a 26' trailer.

What you can expect from the job:



Work hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Occasional overtime work and Saturday scheduling will be required. Safely load, transport, and unload shipments between warehouse locations and customer sites within assigned routes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of inventory movement throughout the process. Verify shipment contents and product quality both before delivery and upon receipt, promptly reporting discrepancies and damages to the appropriate teams. Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled delivery times and optimize fuel usage. Assist with warehousing duties such as organizing inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment between deliveries. Complete and submit required delivery documentation accurately and promptly, including delivery receipts and inventory records. Adhere to all company safety policies and provincial transportation regulations. Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly and ensure all equipment is maintained, clean, and operated safely in compliance with regulations. Deliver a high level of service through prompt, professional, and courteous interactions with customers. Ensure all returned products are tagged, located, and reported to the appropriate teams. Perform frequent heavy lifting, standing, and repetitive motions during loading, unloading, and order fulfillment tasks. Maintain electronic logs to meet government regulations. Actively promote a culture of safety by following all safety procedures, identifying hazards, and addressing unsafe conditions immediately. Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure high standards of warehouse operations for superior customer service.

What is required:



The required qualifications for a warehouse courier member are as follows:

Minimum grade 12 graduate

Valid class 5 driver's license required (G Rating Preferred)

Clean driver's abstract

Ability to work independently with a focus on safety

Must be confident hauling product in a 26' trailer

2 years of relevant warehouse experience

Basic computer skills required

Must be a high energy individual - will be required to be on your feet for most of the day, some heavy lifting will also be necessary

Experience operating a forklift preferred

Shipping and receiving experience preferred
