Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Booking Coordinator to join our logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehouse bookings, managing shipping schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, carriers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, clients, and warehouse teams. Manage and maintain booking information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Review and prepare all shipping documentation, including labels, delivery appointments, and packaging requirements. Communicate effectively with clients and carriers to confirm booking details and resolve scheduling or shipment issues. Work closely with the Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely load execution. Monitor inventory and support order management, including quarantine and inventory reports/inquiries. Serve as a main point of contact for assigned clients, providing updates and addressing any service concerns promptly.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or a similar role. Experience in warehousing, 3PL, or transportation industries is an asset. Proficiency in English; ability to speak Chinese is considered a strong asset. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Office 365 suite and ERP/WMS software. Salary commensurate with experience.
