About the Role
This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse operations with customer interaction. You'll manage the flow of shipments, support clients in person, and ensure every package is processed accurately and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for opening and closing the branch, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and representing Stallion with professionalism, flexibility, and care. Someone who can quickly pivot, stay organized, and build strong client relationships will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all daily warehouse operations: receiving, sorting, scanning, processing, organizing, and preparing shipments.
Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism, providing guidance on Stallion's services and ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with the Head of Operations, Customer Service, and Account Management teams to keep operations and client needs aligned.
Learn Stallion's shipping solutions and develop a solid understanding of our eCommerce clients and their business needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Complete opening and closing duties independently.
Perform administrative and system-based tasks with accuracy.
Promote Stallion's culture, values, and client-first mindset.
Qualifications
1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience.
Strong understanding of general warehouse duties -- including use of scanners, sorting, and shipment processing.
Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a desire to continuously learn new systems and shipping processes.
Client-focused, enjoys building relationships and understanding customers' needs.
Reliable, professional, and accountable; able to independently manage branch operations.
Able to pivot and stay flexible in a fast-paced, evolving logistics environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must have reliable transportation to both Concord and Markham during training.
