We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our growing operations.

Position Overview:

The Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, as well as assisting with warehouse operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Duties:

Safely and efficiently deliver products to various customer locations. Verify delivery instructions and addresses before departure. Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle. Obtain customer signatures and complete necessary delivery paperwork. Handle products with care to prevent damage during transportation. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Warehouse Duties:

Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments. Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations. Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment. Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
General Duties:

Communicate effectively with the warehouse and sales teams regarding delivery schedules and inventory needs. Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or warehouse associate. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 40 lbs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment operation is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This position requires working both indoors in a warehouse environment and outdoors during deliveries. May involve lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects. Must be able to operate a delivery vehicle safely in various weather conditions.
