We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate to join our Winnipeg based team. The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

Assembling/Filling Orders:

Prioritize orders for timely processing Prepare necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading Pack goods for shipment securely Retrieve and verify product information from the database

Build Kits:

Stock parts for kit assembly Package parts according to kit specifications Label completed kits appropriately Perform final inspection of kits for accuracy and quality

Inventory Counts:

Conduct regular inventory counts Organize and sort inventory, including cycling overstock Perform final inspections of inventory for accuracy and condition

Receiving Orders:

Physically receive and inspect purchase orders, verifying quantities and condition of goods

Other Duties:

Batch and cure materials as required Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work area Participate in worksite hazard assessments, incident investigations, safety meetings, safety training, and other aspects of the Hi-Tech Seals Inc. safety and quality control programs as required Carry out other duties as required
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:

At minimum a high school diploma Experience with international shipping is a plus Experience with distribution is great but we will train if needed Technologically savvy - you know your way around a computer Strong and confident communication skills in English Solid interpersonal skills A keen eye for detail Great organizational skills Strong work ethic with positive energy and a can do attitude A willingness to learn and grow
