ABOUT



Pharmaris Canada Inc. is an emerging Pharmaceutical and Natural Health Product market authorization holder in the Canadian Market, which distributes, promotes and sells its products in Canada across channels.



Purpose of the job:



The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely handling of all warehouse and order fulfillment activities. This includes managing the flow of materials, preparing and processing documentation, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining compliance with company policies and SOPs.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



o

Ensure an on-time and accurate order fulfillment process. Support 3PL (third-party logistics) orders and ensure service-level requirements are met.

o

Create sales orders, warehouse pick lists, packing lists and invoices.

o

Create shipping documentation and make pick-up arrangements with carriers.

o

Ensure all outbound orders are properly documented to counter shortage or loss claims

o

Participate as an integral partner with warehouse staff.

o

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety and company policies are adhered to.

o

Document staff errors, re-work and other issues, and recommend corrective actions.

o

Ensuring that all the standard operating procedures are followed properly at the site.

o

Performing the record management as per respective SOPs.

o

Receive and sort materials arriving at the warehouse.

o

Pack, unpack, transport and distribute the materials and goods.

o

Stocking and organizing inventory, loading and unloading containers, sorting, packing and unpacking, general labour, maintaining the housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse manually or using certain equipment.

o

Recommending measures to improve methods and processes, work performance, and quality control.

o

Performing the other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.

Qualifications & Experience



o

1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations.

o

Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP experience an asset).

o

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

o

Experience with carrier portals and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, DHL, various LTL carriers) is an asset.

o

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

o

Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and recommend improvements.

o

Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.

o

Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.

o

Physically able to lift to 20 lbs when supporting warehouse tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
