In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

We are hiring 1st shift starting at $23/hour CAD



Key Accountabilities:



Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the operation Perform general clean-up activities Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately Train others when required Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills Ability to use and understand scanning technology

Preferred requirements:

Previous warehouse experience Ability to use hand-held measuring tools Proficiency with the computer beyond the basic level

Responsabilites cles :



trier, empiler, nettoyer, laver, entreposer et inspecter des boites, des palettes ou des pieces, selon les taches qui lui sont assignees. contribuer a l'execution des commandes, a l'emballage des produits et a la preparation de la documentation, conformement aux directives obtenues. utiliser des ponts roulants, des chariots elevateurs a fourche et autre equipement de levage et de manutention. aider les operateurs de machine dans diverses fonctions, au besoin. effectuer des taches de nettoyage generales. maintenir en bon etat tout l'equipement et declarer immediatement les problemes ou les pannes au superviseur ou au responsable de la gestion allegee. former d'autres employes, au besoin. participer a des projets lies a la sante, a la securite, a la qualite et a la gestion allegee, appuyer de tels projets et respecter les exigences connexes. posseder les qualites et competences exigees des employes de TKMNA.

Exigences minimales :

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou l'equivalent. Capacite de lire, d'ecrire et d'effectuer des operations mathematiques de base. Capacite de soulever une charge de 22,5 kg (50 lb) sur une distance de 30,5 m (100 pieds). Connaissances de base en informatique. Capacite d'utiliser un lecteur de codes et comprehension de la technologie.

Atouts :

Experience anterieure en entrepot. Capacite d'utiliser des instruments de mesure manuels. Connaissances approfondies en informatique.
