YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

In the Warehouse Associate role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying orders for shipment, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and organized. This position offers hands-on experience in day-to-day warehouse operations, with training provided for equipment use and company procedures.

AS WELL AS:

Prepare and package orders for shipment according to company standards.

Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments, including quantities, product codes, and packaging.

Assist with loading/unloading shipments and organize stock in the warehouse.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area.

Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing warehouse duties.

Provide support to other warehouse operations as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is an asset but not required.

Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge is an asset.

Willing to learn dock stocker and electric pallet jack operation.
