Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations within our warehouse. This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of goods, including receiving, picking, shipping, material handling, and inventory control. Working closely with the Operations team, the Warehouse Associate ensures that materials flow smoothly throughout the facility while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization standards.
This role requires physical ability to manage heavy goods and attention to detail in recording and reporting inventory movements. The Warehouse Associate is also expected to contribute to a safe and clean working environment and demonstrate flexibility to perform other assigned duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Carry out daily operations of warehouse including receiving, picking, shipping, material handling and inventory control tasks using powered equipment in support of Operations team's daily activities.
Unload inbound trucks/trailers/containers, re-palletize and stage the goods.
Retrieve goods from storage locations, prepare goods, re-palletize goods, wrap loads with shrink wrapper and load goods onto trucks/trailers/containers.
Record the inbound and outbound goods.
Lift, move or reposition goods and equipment as needed for cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate stock quantity.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 - 3 years of experience in a warehousing, logistics and transportation environment.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 23 kg.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fluid and fast paced environment, with frequent short timelines.
May be required to work overtime. Overtime work will be compensated.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) will be advantageous.
Previous experiences in operating forklift will be advantageous.
