Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Logistics Department. The Warehouse Associate supports both office and warehouse operations by managing emails, scheduling pickups, replenishing stock, and assisting with orders and deliveries. This role combines strong administrative skills with hands-on warehouse support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Administration (80%) Address emails. Schedule third party pickups. Warehouse (20%) Replenish stock accurately into specific bins. Organize outbound orders in accordance with the order picking processes. Assist the delivery teams to ensure all orders are accounted for. Facilitate customer pick-ups with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. Maintain a strong and trustful relationship with third party carriers. Other duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to lift 75 lbs. Flexibility with shift changes and overtime requirements as per operational needs.

Experience:

1 year of Warehouse experience. Administration experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
