Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to support the organization's daily operations and help deliver great products. This role covers receiving, inspection, testing, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. The work can be physically demanding at times, requiring regular lifting and movement of materials. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, is a self-starter who enjoys learning new things, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced workplace. The successful applicant will also be comfortable communicating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth workflows and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities



Receive and unload incoming shipments Inspect and test incoming products to ensure quality and accuracy Perform hardware and software diagnostics using company tools, install operating systems or software images, test key components, and accurately document results and completed units. (We will provide training) Record and communicate issues or discrepancies promptly Maintain accurate inventory records, warranty information, and documentation (receiving reports, commercial invoices, export documents, quality control reports). Accurately record inventory movements and maintain stock levels Pick and pack customer orders according to company standards Prepare and ship outgoing orders, including labeling and documentation Prepare and manage import/export documentation to ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to obtain freight quotes and arrange shipments Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Follow all safety procedures and company policies Cooperative and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications



3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment Willingness to learn hands-on technical work involving diagnosing computer hardware/software, installing operating systems, and documenting completed tests Experience working with couriers, freight companies, brokers, and logistics partners Read, write, and speak English on a regularly basis. Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and Inventory Systems Knowledge of import and export processes is an asset Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands Solid time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask effectively Must have a reliable vehicle for occasional local deliveries or pick-ups Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team, self-motivated Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 60lbs Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Own CSA-approved safety boots (required)

Education



Secondary school Diploma or equivalent experience.
Criminal check will be performed prior to hire and is a condition of employment.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
