JOB DESCRIPTION

A Warehouse Dispatcher works under the direct supervision of the Store Manager and is responsible for accurately picking product for orders and dispatching drivers to ensure customers receive their order in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure both accurate and timely order fulfillment of retail, wholesale & e-commerce orders to properly service our customers by getting them what they require as effectively and efficiently as possible. Ensure the dispatching of all wholesale orders to meet customer expectations. Ensure that dispatched drivers are taking the most effective routes. Ensure that drivers are asking customers if they have any returns. Ensure that the fleet of vehicles are well maintained Contribute to the cleanliness of the work environment by taking initiative when time permits or as instructed or as defined by closing duties.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Experience in dispatching drivers. Experience using delivery management software. Experience using an ERP system A valid Manitoba Driver's License. A valid Forklift License Ability to work well under pressure
