Job Responsibilities:



Verification of incoming materials; Obtaining certificates of compliance as required. Inventory control and maintenance Initiate shipping documentation. Co-ordinate with Supervisor on expediting of all purchase orders. Support Rigging personnel in the warehouse and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Prepares sales orders by picking specified items; packaging; placing orders in shipping area and arranging for shipments Maintain an efficient production speed with minimal quality issues Ensures inventory is stored in an appropriate manner to ease accessibility and identification, and reduce the potential for damage to products Operate both a forklift and pallet truck lift (willing to certify) Maintains quality service by following organization standards Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping/receiving area Assist in receiving product including unloading trucks, containers and verification of those items Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock locations, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed on inventory adjustment forms Assist in counting of physical inventory when required Perform equipment maintenance Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:



Basic technical/mechanical work-related experience- ideally in a warehouse or production environment. Forklift experience highly preferred, willing to certify. Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English. Lifting Gear Inspection, Wire Rope Examiner and ASME rigging fundamentals and requirements. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. Must be authorized to work in the Canada without sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years of age.
