ROLE DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

LBC is looking for a Warehouse Worker/Associate that is reliable and responsible to work for a growing logistics company and to support our company's warehouse operations. He/She will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

Receive packages/boxes from couriers and process them into the system
Ensure shipments processed are accurate
Pack air cargo consol accurately and efficiently
Stage items correctly for shipping on sea cargo containers
Operate handling equipment ensuring safety rules are followed
Operate scanners
Maintain clean and orderly workstation
Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements and Skills:

High School diploma
Warehouse experience is an advantage
Must have your own reliable transportation
Must have a positive attitude and be on time
Eligible to work in Canada.
Work overtime as required.
Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
Team player with organizational skills

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in stationary position 50%
Must be able to lift medium to heavy boxes
Must wear steel-toed shoes
Frequently, will move about inside the warehouse
Must be able to communicate with the team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Constantly in warehouse environment
