Job Overview - Warehouse & Exhibit Production Associate

Muller Expo is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse & Exhibit Production Associate to join our growing team. This role is central to our operations as we pre-build, stage, and ship custom trade show booths for events across Canada and the U.S. You'll work closely with our fabrication team, assisting in millwork projects, organizing materials, and supporting the construction of high-end exhibits right in our local shop. This is a dynamic role that offers variety, responsibility, and potential travel to support on-site installations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in pre-building and staging trade show exhibits in our production facility. Work alongside our fabrication and millwork team to assemble components for upcoming shows. Load and unload trucks with care, handling custom exhibit materials and crates. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment for material handling. Pick and pack booth elements with precision, ensuring safe and accurate transport. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and build space. Support shipping/receiving processes and prepare items for national and international delivery. Help with inventory counts and manage storage systems. Follow all safety procedures and assist with maintenance of tools and equipment. Potential to travel with our team for show site installations in the U.S. and across Canada.

Requirements

Experience in warehouse, carpentry, or exhibit production is a strong asset. Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate heavy equipment. Familiarity with custom builds, millwork, or trade show environments is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team player with good communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow with a company that operates globally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
