Craft Coast Canning Ltd. is a mobile craft beverage canning operation that services the Maritime craft beverage market. Our clients include prominent craft beer and cider producers in the region.

We supply cans, packaging materials, brewery chemicals, scientific instruments, and other adjunct materials for craft brewing. In addition to our popular mobile canning service, our other services include graphic design, quality control, co-packaging, laboratory testing, repair & maintenance of packaging equipment, engineering, and consulting services for everyone from small craft breweries to international brands.

About the role:
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Warehouse Assistant self-motivated team player responsible for performing a variety of routine warehousing tasks, including receiving, shipping, delivering, and inventory. The successful candidate will perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and accuracy to meet daily production targets.

Location:
Craft Coast Canning Ltd. is based in Noonan, NB. Although part of our operations is based just outside of Fredericton, we service the entire Maritimes. This role will be primarily at 491 Route 10, Richibucto Road, Fredericton, NB, location

Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
• Orders\xe2\x80\x99 preparations to ship
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensuring all stock movements are recorded to guarantee accuracy
• Split and wrap pallets with finished goods, and other assemblies\xe2\x80\x99 operations.
• Keep track of delivered items and ensure quantity, and quality according to the packing slip.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the Manager
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing including keeping track of existing inventory computer system
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
• Prepare shipment documentation including creating shipments with the cargo carriers.
• Move materials from facilities to workstations
• Ability to work on the computer as a casual user
• Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory. Load/Unload trucks.
• Ensure the workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from the aisles. The workspace is organized on a constant base.
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals. Help Production if they need it.
• Make suggestions for Warehouse efficiency improvements
• Train and mentor new warehouse workers
• Wear safety gear at all times Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this role

• Valid driver\'s license
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
