Our Vaughan-based distribution centre plays a key role in supporting our retail network across Canada. We're currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our growing team and help lead the daily operations of our warehouse with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

What You'll Do

Supervise the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and shipping of boxed and hanging merchandise Lead and support a team of full-time and seasonal warehouse associates Ensure timely and accurate shipments to retail stores across Canada Assist with hands-on warehouse tasks such as receiving, scanning, tagging, and packing Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation Resolve shipment issues and investigate discrepancies Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards in line with company policies and Ontario legislation Recommend improvements to warehouse processes, layout, and efficiency Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team performance In-depth understanding of warehouse and shipping operations Knowledge of WHMIS and Ontario Occupational Health and Safety legislation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work on your feet throughout the day Strong problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills Professional, dependable, and solutions-focused attitude
