is seeking a dependable, hands-on

Warehouse & Shipping Manager

to lead our Cambridge distribution centre. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary, health benefits, and long-term growth potential.

About the Role:

You'll manage day-to-day shipping operations for both retail and end-consumer orders (Amazon, Shopify, and B2B). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values stability, and wants to be part of a supportive, tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders for shipment across Canada and the U.S. Receive inbound shipments from Europe and organize inventory Coordinate outbound courier and freight shipments (Purolator, FedEx, etc.) Operate pallet jack and forklift to handle pallets up to

1,300 kg

Reorder packing materials and manage inventory levels Oversee the shipping schedule and prepare orders for daily pickup Open and close the warehouse and keep the workspace organized and safe

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics Forklift experience (certification preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using rolling staircases Comfortable using shipping and order management software (training provided)

A consistent work history is preferred.
